We challenged Ericsson with an idea: Do not go out and tell customers what they need, but rather, go out in the world and investigate what the real needs and challenges are.
The concept was to have different themes and divide them into different perspectives – which in turn will be represented by an expert from the field. These experts then have a discussion on the theme’s challenges and needs, as well as how mobile broadband can ease or solve these challenges.
We developed a film format and the discussions were subsequently filmed and became the platform for films in various areas.
The first theme was SENIORS. The end result was a 60-minute film that SVT (Swedish Public Television) chose to broadcast in autumn 2011. The second film took place in Australia where the theme was INCLUSION – How can we include all citizens in all of the functions of society?
Our latest film took us to Estonia, which is one of the world’s leading countries in digital innovation. The theme was LIFE IN THE NETWORKED SOCIETY. We focused on how they arrived at where they are now and the challenges they will face in the future.
